First you need a fliter/ plug in called VDL adrenlin van der lee which if you click on here
and look down left hand side it says download you can download it there and put filter into your plug ins in psp
First you make your tag then make 2 more copys
so you have 3 side by side
 make sure you have your filter installed in your plugin folder

 image 2
 and image 3
 save each image to a file then open up animation shop then animation wizard and follow steps then it should look all sparkly and snowy
